A Sound and Warrantable Installation
Last week I attended a 3 day class at the NWFA Training Center in St. Louis. We learned to troubleshoot many scenarios that leave alot of flooring installers scratching their heads. Whether it is a solid concrete floor, radiant heat installation or a combination of plywood and concrete; we have the methodology to tackle any problem and make it right!
Installers complete Advanced Installation Training
At the end of February, two of our installers completed a 3 day course on Advanced Installation techniques. Learning new skills is important to us and we invest heavily in our employees. The guys flew out to St. Louis and got instruction from one of the most respected installers in the country. He also happens to own his own installation business. This makes for very “real” and practical advice.
Here are just a few of the skills we picked up in our time in Missouri.
- Complex Pattern and Border Layout
- Making Custom Patterned Flooring
- Mixed Media ~ Metal Inlays
- Custom Parquet made from flooring scraps! The ultimate “Green” floor!
