Schmidt Custom Floors Inc. was founded in 1998, by Barry and Alyssa Schmidt to provide exceptional flooring services to homeowners and home builders in Loveland, Colorado.

We are 2nd generation flooring craftsmen and our passion and dedication for the hardwood industry run deep. The first Schmidt Custom Floors Inc. was founded in 1968 by Robert & Ruth Schmidt and is still operating today in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The same ethics, hard work, and craftsmanship that began over 50 years ago are evident in our company here in Loveland, Colorado.

In fact, our standards are so high that we were the first company in Colorado to become certified by the National Wood Flooring Association. Our technicians will come to your home with extensive training and produce a quality and consistent finished product.

Our specialty is dust-free sanding and refinishing your existing wood floors.

We offer the finest materials available and utilize top-of-the-line sanding equipment including the Diamond Jet Dust Containment System. We also provide water damage repair services.
